Announcement of Risk Lance Prototype Version Release

Singularity Bank Inc. has released the prototype version of "Risk Lance," an insurance-linked risk management platform for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Risk Lance is a platform that prevents "preventable bankruptcies" of SMEs by linking insurance with data and visualizing business risks. It centralizes insurance policy management, quantifies risks by linking with business data, and serves as a "Virtual CRO (Chief Risk Officer)" to support SME management by enhancing corporate creditworthiness and expanding business opportunities.

Main Features:

• Centralized management and analysis/optimization of insurance policies
• Risk quantification through automatic integration with business software (freee, kintone, etc.)
• Real-time risk dashboard
• Risk assessment reports to demonstrate corporate creditworthiness

The prototype version is available free of charge. We welcome many SMEs to experience it and provide feedback.

Selected for METI & JETRO's "Sido Next Innovator" Silicon Valley Program

With the Risk Lance business plan, we were selected for the Silicon Valley dispatch program of "Sido Next Innovator" hosted by METI (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) and JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization).

"Sido Next Innovator" is a program hosted by METI and JETRO to nurture next-generation innovators. Entrepreneurs and innovators selected from across Japan receive training in Silicon Valley, aiming to accelerate their businesses with a global perspective.

This selection validates the Risk Lance business concept from a global perspective. We will leverage the knowledge and networks gained through training in Silicon Valley to further advance our mission of eliminating "preventable bankruptcies" of SMEs.
